Luke 21:21
"those who are in Judea must run away to the hills; We are given these three instructions by Jesus for the time of the end. This document relates the meaning of those instructions, and this picture gives a summary:
![]() North America is identified with the Biblical Babylon, which is discussed in several parts of the Bible. This article discusses the parables that point to a tsunami hitting the east coast of America. The reasons for it are discussed in more detail elsewhere. In summary, North America is the wealthiest country in the world. Many Americans worship St. Paul devoutly and spread his religion, but ignore the teachings of Jesus. The main results are war and economic oppression. Two and a half billion people live in poverty, while most people in the West live in affluence.
There is an image of the whore of Babylon outlined by Hudson Bay (a Canadian body of water) riding on the scarlet beast (outlined by Labrador and Quebec) as described in Revelation 17:3-8 and shown in the picture above. This identifies North America with Babylon. Revelation chapter 18 discusses the fall of Babylon. The punishment of Babylon is prophesied throughout the Bible. For example, Jeremiah 25:12-14 says, "After that I will punish Babylonia and its king for their sin. I will destroy that country and leave it in ruins for ever. I will punish Babylonia with all the disasters that I threatened to bring on the nations when I spoke through Jeremiah – all the disasters recorded in this book. I will pay the Babylonians back for what they have done, and many nations and great kings will make slaves of them." The events in the book of Jeremiah are parables about North America. Isaiah also describes what happens to Babylon throughout his book. Here are two quotes:
"Babylonia is the most beautiful kingdom of all; it is the pride of its people. But I, the Lord, will overthrow Babylon as I did Sodom and Gomorrah!"
Isaiah 46:1 There is also mention of something like a huge mountain on fire being thrown into the sea (Revelation 8:8), which refers to a volcano. The island of La Palma is volcanic, and it is said that in the event of an eruption, part of the island could fall into the sea causing a giant tsunami that would affect the east coast of America. Click for tsunami information on the BBC website. There is a recent precedent for Biblical tsunamis. The Indonesian tsunami in 2004 had an epicentre around the island of Sinabang (i.e. if we sin we get a bang). However, the regions that were affected by this tsunami are relatively poor, and there seems to be no reason why any sin in this area should have led to a tsunami. It seems likely that the name of this island was influenced to act as a warning for the event predicted here. Matthew 21:21 has the same verse number as Luke 21:21, which is mentioned at the start of this letter. The number '21' in these verses could refer to the 21st century, during which the plagues of the time of the end take place. Matthew 21:21 says:
I have faith and it could be argued that I have told La Palma to throw itself into the sea because I believe it will happen. Originally, this tsunami was predicted to happen on the 1st of April 2007. At first sight, this may seem like an unlikely date, as it is April Fools Day. However, as shown in a separate article, Solomon is the 666th name in the Bible. Six hundred and sixty six is the number of the beast, and in the book of Revelation it is said to be the number of a name. Solomon was famed for his wisdom, and Revelation 13:18 also says "here is wisdom" when referring to 666. There are two types of wisdom; spiritual wisdom and conventional wisdom ('common sense'). Common sense reasoning is in direct opposition to following Jesus. Following Jesus requires faith, for example, to know that everything will be perfectly fine, even if you give up everything you have and follow him. Teachings like these are seen as 'foolishness' by Christians and non-Christians alike; they defy common sense which is directed towards wealth generation. Therefore, it was quite reasonable that April Fools' Day – a day of foolishness – was to be the predicted date for this event. April 1st was also Palm Sunday. This is the traditional celebration for the return of Jesus to Jerusalem. The island of La Palma contains the word 'Palm'. Linguistic markers like these are common and discussed in more detail in the "Parables and General Issues" and "Linguistic Markers" articles. There are many more parables associated with this island. Another word containing 'palm' is napalm (an explosive), which could be associated with the predicted plague. The main town on the island of La Palma is Santa Cruz, and a place called Jesus is associated with Santa Cruz in Bolivia. The name of the town itself sounds like 'Satan'. The Canary islands were named after the Latin for 'dog' (Canis) because there were a lot of dogs on the island. The word 'dog' is associated with Satan because it is the reverse spelling of God (representing the opposite to God). The island of La Palma therefore has strong parable-based associations with both Jesus and Satan. A different tsunami happened on the 1st of April; the Solomon Islands were hit instead of the east coast of America. The name 'Solomon' implies that God supports the arguments made here, but is giving an extra warning to the Americans and extra time for this book to be written. The most likely date for this event is Christmas Day (25th December) 2007. The night of the 24th is the date of a full moon and Christmas Day celebrates the birth of Jesus. The volcanic island of La Reunion (the name implying 'second coming') erupted during the Easter Week of 2007. This also parallels the method by which the tsunami is predicted to be generated, from the unstable volcanic island of La Palma. The east coast of America was not affected during the Easter Week, which agrees with Matthew 25:5, "the bridegroom was late in coming." The additional warning events agree with Matthew 24:27, "for the Son of Man will come like the lightning which flashes across the whole sky from the east to the west" (the Solomon Islands in the east to La Reunion to La Palma to America in the west). Additional evidence arose from events a month before April 1st. A volcano on the island of Sicily erupted on the 1st of March 2007, which coincided with a lunar eclipse which turned the moon red. The volcanic dust cloud from the eruption of La Palma may also turn the moon red, fulfilling the sign predicted in Joel 2:31. Sicily sounds a lot like 'Silly', which relates to the concept of foolishness. In other words, these events parallel the predicted events. There is a scriptural parable in Genesis chapter 19, where Sodom and Gomorrah are destroyed (representing the time of the end). Two angels came to warn Lot and his family that the city was about to be destroyed, and encouraged them to rush to the hills. 19:17: "Run for your lives! Don't look back and don't stop in the valley. Run to the hills so that you won't be killed." 19:20: "Do you see that little town? It is near enough." I believe that the little town (Zoar) could represent the city of New Jerusalem which we are encouraged to build, in which case the hills represent the Great Rift Valley mountain range in Africa; they are the same as the hills mentioned in Luke 21:21. There is another scriptural parable in Exodus 20:18. The Ten Commandments were given to Moses on a smoking mountain, paralleling the new emphasis on the commandments of Jesus following the volcanic eruption of La Palma (a 'smoking mountain'). Moses spent forty days and nights on both occasions when he received the Ten Commandments (Exodus 24:12-18 and 34:28). This reflects the time period of the flooding of Noah (click here for further details). I recommend that people follow the instructions given by Jesus in Luke 21:21. The city is Babylon; the east coast of America.
